How pricing works

Generating and previewing a model is free. You're only charged when you download it, based on the number of billable BIM objects it contains — walls, windows, doors and similar elements. The 3D viewer shows you this count and the resulting price before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Plans

Per project

Pay as you go, per downloaded BIM object — no subscription or commitment. Suited to occasional use or a single project.

Team subscription

A discounted per-object rate for continuous use, billed monthly or annually, with a minimum monthly or yearly spend that includes a bundle of objects. Includes unlimited users on the account and support. Annual billing carries a lower per-object rate than monthly.

Enterprise

Custom pricing for larger or more specific needs, which can include:

• All standard and team features.
• API access.
• Geographic requirements.
• Additional security features.

Unlocking a model for download

From the model viewer, the download button shows you the object count and price for that specific model. Selecting Unlock Download takes you through payment for that model (or, if you're on a team subscription, it's covered by your plan); once unlocked, you can download it in any of the available formats at any time.
